A Comparative Study of the Motivation Factors for Full-Time and Part-Time Frontline Hotel Employees
Competition in the hospitality industry and especially the hotel industry demands that guests be provided with a new level of excellence in service, along with the right ambiance. However, the key to providing excellence in service lies with employees who are the frontline hotel staff members and act as an interface between the customer and the internal hotel organisation.This study attempts to explore what motivates part-time and full-time frontline hotel employees to deliver that which is right and why they work in their hotels of choice.
