Investigation of Challenges and Opportunity of Restaurant Outsourcing in Luxury Hotels in London

This dissertation presents a discussion about the outsourcing of restaurants located in luxury hotels, with a special emphasis on hotels that are located in the city of London. It is possible to justify the emphasis on luxury hotels in London because this city is a major global financial centre with a grand history and retains links with the former colonies. With more than eighty luxury hotels in London and very many restaurants, competition on the culinary scene is intense. Thus, outsourcing of restaurants is preferable, as is evident from trends, especially when luxury hotels are facing a downturn and must cut costs and improve on their strategy to attract customers.
