The Services Introduced by e – Government and the Role of e - Procurement

This paper presents a discussion about e – government and how ICT technologies should be utilized to provide better services to the public and to protect the public interest by attempting a modernization of the structures, processes and the culture of public administration in the age of pervasive computing.
