Fair Means or Foul - The Village Stores in Peril

...When the owner of a General Stores in a remote village in Norfolk hears of plans to build a supermarket nearby he wages a vigorous campaign to defeat the planning application. It fails and the supermarket opens. As predicted there is a tug-of-war for customers and a gradual drift of business away from the village. A suggestion to reverse the trend by attracting tourists is dropped when they can think of no-one or anywhere in the neighbourhood likely to be of interest to the outside world... That is, until the butcher's daughter accidentally falls off her horse and insists upon it being buried in the field where it fell - opposite her father's shop!
