MY TRUTH

This is my first book of poems relating to the effect of mental health and disabilities. I began writing poetry as an outlet for my emotions eventually deciding to perform them at local spoken word events to help combat my selective mutism and social anxiety. Self-publishing my works is the next step in my journey of personal growth. I hope that these words inspire others to speak their truths, especially those with disabilities and mental health issues.
