Art2Make is an exhibition catalog that brings together a collection of 3-D artworks from fifteen artists and an essay that helps us understand the critical issues of this emerging medium. The artworks are digital files that can be printed on a MakerBot Replicator 2, a 3D extrusion printer. Important to note is that unlike most catalogs, the pages contain a link to the digital code for each artwork that enables the viewer to print the file and thereby collect any or all of the artworks. The first edition of all the works will be exhibited at the Center for Book and Paper Gallery at Columbia College Chicago.
