ERTSAR International Disaster Response Training Manual

This manual provides foundation information and SOPs to support the International Training Course for Disaster Response Team members in ERTSAR, also known as "Phase 4 D Squad." The actual course is very practicals and run in an experiential way full of practicals and exercises so reading this foundation document before attending the course, is highly recommended, or even mandatory. It is usually run for members over 2 or 3 intensive days including remote and austere survival, camping, Technical Rescue, USAR, Medical, fitness and practical and written testing. The program was written specific to the ERTSAR organisation but to ensure relevant information and compliance with UN OCHA INSARAG and WHO Medical EMT programs.
