A lot of people today are concern about what types of food to eat and the ones to avoid. Doing so in other to prevent chronic diseases and ensure that the maintain a healthy and sound body. In choosing the right food, there are many factors to consider, including taste, nutrition, culture, affordability, and personal preference.
In general, though, eating healthy has nothing to do with adhering to diets or certain dietary rules. “Healthy Eating” simply means prioritizing your wellness by fueling your body with nutritious food.
