"Just Kidding" focuses on the drama and difficulties of a group of girls in middle school. It follows Brooklyn as she struggles with her need to fit in and her sense of right and wrong. Brooklyn’s morals and loyalty to her friend, Cecelia, she is met with backlash from her supposed ‘friends’ for trying to defend herself and Cecelia. Will Brooklyn find the courage to leave her group and stand up to them, or will she find herself swallowing her pride in the fear of being left out?
