
Since the Middle Ages in Naples was begun using the term "Piza" to indicate various foods: breads, cakes seasoned and baked, stuffed and fried dough discs.
Today the term is best known in the world that indicates a dish based on a few basic ingredients-(flour, water, yeast, olive oil or lard, buffalo mozzarella), but for flavor and goodness was appreciated by all because over the years many variations were invented by using ham, parmesan cheese, anchovies, chocolate, etc..
Its origins are remote because the use of corn for food is thousands of years.
