The Pathway to Good Leadership: Leading Well

This book teaches how to lead well. Leaders – Christian leaders − are not just appointed for the purpose of appointing them; but their appointment should be based upon their possession of some Christian, Godly, Biblical, and spiritual qualities. Leadership requires having the needed ability for the task involved. Leadership requires the Fear of God, faithfulness, determination, dedication, diligence, and hardwork. Your knowledge, wisdom, and understanding will affect the level of your faithfulness or unfaithfulness in your task. Laziness, carelessness, mistake, unbelief, doubt, and fear lead to unfaithfulness and failure. There are many qualities and characteristics of a good leader. The qualities of a good leader will be found in the qualities, characteristics, and virtues of a matured Christian.
