Implementing Innovations: Countertop Computing at USPS

The successful implementation of management policies requires effective approaches, including adequate training programs. This survey implements countertop computing where service meets the client and addresses situational leadership as an effective training application. The study also finds that on-the-job instructors, which tend to be one's peers, tend to play a particularly influential role in training. This research is concluded by the importance of social comparison towards attitude formation.
