The small publishers Ribage and Merit, hoping that the comic sales in the post-Korean Conflict / Atomic Age world, each began putting out comics in the mid 50s. By the end of 1955 they were gone, each accounting for three short-lived titles one of which was shared between the two. SECRET MYSTERIES was a high-quality mystery/suspense titles, utilizing the talents of comics professionals of the day such ad Edvard Moritz, Rudy Palais, Tony Tallarico and others. The stories were well-paced and fine examples of the genre during this era. These were original stories when published and most have never been reprinted since!
