Scientist Darrell Dane created a formula which could reduce him to about six inches tall, while allowing him to retain his full strength. He was one of the most imaginative characters of the Golden Age, and his long success proved he was one of the most popular, too! He enjoyed 47 issues of his own comic, and appeared in over 100 issues of Feature Comics, But it was only the last 11 issues of Doll Man which saw the inclusion of DOLL GIRL – aka Martha Roberts, who first appeared in Feature Comics #27 (1939) but did not “get down” as DOLL GIRL until DOLL MAN #37 (1951). Over the next eleven issues they teamed up in over 30 adventures – and they are all right here!
