The origin of super heroes come about in many ways, sometimes strange, but none more unusual than when 14-year-old Bob Sanders was taken up into a tornado, and instead of being killed he was transformed into someone with the power of the twister itself. He can control the wind, create mini-cyclones, and armed with his cyclone gun, fights crime throughout the country.
