This book has been written by a teenage girl whose life took a significant and unexpected change when she learned from her parents that they were leaving their typical suburban lifestyle to relocate and begin a new life in Asia. She had to leave her friends and family behind and spend three years on the island of Singapore. Challenged to make a new life in a foreign country, she explored many nations across S.E. Asia, made new friends, and learned how to adjust to new and different ways of living in her adopted country.
