This is a transcript of British Parliamentary debate in 1964. The Commons debated on the issue of diplomatic rights following the Vienna Convention in 1961. The debate later led to the pass of Diplomatic Privileges Act 1964, replacing Diplomatic Privileges Act 1708, one of the earliest laws in the world on embassy’s privileges.
