Article V Convention of States – Suggested Amendments

This book describes several suggested Article V Convention of States Constitutional Amendments needed to bring our out-of-control Federal politicians in control. Among the suggested amendments are congressional and judicial term limits, improved requirements for President, Congress, and Federal Judges and Justices. Presidential proclamations and executive orders were never defined, but are now defined and treated as laws created by Congress. Procedures for submitting and voting on laws are defined. Spending and budgeting rules are defined as is an orderly shutdown of the Federal government in times of funding crises. Suggested controls over political parties are presented. A requirement to become energy independent is presented and described. Federal voting regulations are defined so as to prevent voting by the dead and illegal.
