Hippo Shit Book. When the proverbial hippo of life takes a helicopter dump on you..... AKA 10 Steps to a Life Changing Shift into Gratitude (This is a comparison and not a real situation. Hippos are extremely dangerous and I do not recommend getting up near them or behind them especially near their buttholes in an enclosed area) If you see how hippos take craps, they love to smear it around with their helicopter tails... and sometimes in life we are down a One Way Street full of hippos just waiting to take explosive dumps all over our lives. This is a metaphor as well. Hippos are amazing creatures, but they love to smear their feces around and smile about it after. Does your life need a shift to get out of the shit?
