The Emergence of Business Process Management

There is a new mantra doing the rounds. They're calling it BPM or Business process management. This innovation organizes and takes full responsibility for diverse tasks and its subsequent progress. In the all-important financial institutions or FIs it is employed to manage origination and maintenance processes. Both manual and automated processes can actually work together while allowing others to monitor the process in progress, as it were. This in turn makes for more vigorous processes and improvements in business logic. Origination processes for FIs are now made as efficient and effective as possible. Everyone speaks the same language, so to speak.
