This is a three day cleanse and detox designed to kick-start a healthy eating plan and cleanse your system. It is recommended to juice twice daily. Be sure to drink plenty of water while doing the Three Day Cleanse & Detox. It is recommended to drink four 12 ounce glasses a day of either spring, filtered or distilled water. Flavored or sweetened water is not recommended. This detox does not include added sweeteners, caffeine, dairy, wheat or gluten, or animal protein.
