Love changes us, for better or for worse. It breaks us or builds us. Sometimes, it creates feelings we wish not share with others for fear of being called a lunatic. However, it does change us, creating a new version of ourselves. We just don't realize it sometimes. When love ruins and fades, as all good things in life tend to, it puts us on a path. It is up to us to decide where that path goes. We may find ourselves pushing for recovery. When we do, we have to admit there is a problem first. There is a problem, and these are the problems that arise. We relapse and become consumed, but we come out stronger than before. We must learn to let go of everything we were holding on to and say our final goodbyes, thus ending the grieving we were doing for the death of the love we once felt.
