Today I decided to grow. I began an adventure, a journey of discovery, to encounter the real me - my feelings, my thoughts and my spirit. In this journey of self-awareness, I discarded labels and masks and realised that feelings are signals, not instructions. I began to love people whose behaviour I didn't like. I learned that growth is found in a place named Uncomfortable.
