Self-service technologies application in Healthcare sector from the patient’s point of view

Technology plays an important role in everyday life, touching upon everything people do. In fact it’s impossible to find any industries that don’t rely on technology in one way or another. In particular technology is now revolutionizing the way healthcare is being delivered and it is changing the structure and the organization of the entire medical field. This research paper analyses the role of ICT in a polyclinic context, from the patient’s perspective, in order to improve the quality of the service and the care experience.
