WE ENROLLED, WE GRADUATED, AND WE ARE BACK AGAIN 50 YEARS LATER: WINDSOR HIGH SCHOOL REINCARNATED
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Back in the 1960s, our founder, Mrs. Edith Ranger-Jones, her husband, Mr. Darius Jones, and her counterpart, principal Mrs. Beryl Williams, did their part in enrolling, molding, and graduating us into exemplary citizens. Now in the 2020s, it is our turn to undertake the challenge of grooming high school students, less in curriculum-based academics and more in indulging in life skills, building confidence, and increasing their muscular motivation and spiritual inspiration. As a non-profit entity, we seek donations, especially from purchases of our InJa Ink People, Production, and Promotion (PPP) books from Lulu Publishing at https://www.lulu.com/sportlight/Indiana-Robinson, where part proceeds (50%) from sales will be used to fund our mission. On the other side of the coin, we are also donors committed to giving back 50% of the sales of over two dozen InJa Ink PPP books to 17 charities. We are also donating our time and talents free of cost. We implore you, readers, to support our worthy causes to tutor high school students in non-curriculum life skills that are STEM/STEAM-based (Science, Technology Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) and infused with our CREG-HL philosophy: Culture, Religion, Ecology/Environment, Geography, History, and Languages/Leadership to provided well-rounded individuals. In addition, we will mentor high school students interested in writing and publishing independently, their first non-fictional print book through the processes involved. Both projects will be offered as of summer 2025 as online, out-of-school/school closure activities. WHS EDArt’s goal is to provide a lifetime of real-life learning beyond the workspace, impact cutting-edge knowledge, and impart understanding from a worldview perspective. As a guide by the side consultant, we provide our high school students and first-time authors with feedback at each stage of their chosen path. Friends, as you can see, Windsor High School (Jamaica) is on the move again! Our founders started the ball rolling, fire interrupted our progress, Wilmar College tried to recoup, and now, the nonprofit organization WHS EDArt Ink is again taking up the challenge.
