The environment is space lived by humans with other creatures, each of it is interacting one another in an ecosystem. As an entity, the environment cannot be discussed partially, but should be viewed holistically and containing regular system and put all components in it equivalently. Review of its works, the right to the good and healthy environment contains the social rights, because it contains obligation of government to outline policy and taking actions to encourage the preservation effort of environmental ability (functions), as well as the obligation of any person to observe the environment and preventing and to cope with environmental pollution and/or damage.
