
The team at inSHAPE created the No Excuse Toolbox to give you a challenging and efficient workout, regardless of your current fitness level. The goal in developing these workouts was to make it easy for you to stay committed to exercise by making the workouts short and efficient. The Advanced workout is challenging - each exercise is compound in nature and will challenge even the strongest of athletes. It is critical that before you participate in this workout that your body can perform all moves from the Intermediate workout before adding another element to them. If you cannot perform squats with a pulse and lunges with a twist, for example, you are not ready for this workout.
