Sarah Janie's Adventures ~ A Sighting at the "Joe"

The first book in the series of "Sarah Janie's Adventures ~ A Sighting at the "Joe" began with a thought of "what if" there were whales and dolphins in the Detroit River. From that little kernel, the characters developed who venture out every day to find the answers to all their questions they keep asking. Sarah and her Uncle Jerry love to fish on the Detroit River every chance they get. In "A Sighting at the "Joe", Sarah and her Uncle imagine their expeditions as grand as a scientist that searches the waters to study the blue whales and all the other creatures of the sea. They get the surprise of a lifetime when their motorboat starts rocking back and forth and they see the mist of the whale in front of the "Joe".
