The author struggled to break free from the bonds of hell, where he had been imprisoned for 100 years. All of this began when his spirit was kidnapped by a powerful demon and taken to the underworld. He was supposed to lead an army of fallen angels to Martyr 1000 people and harvest their souls to feed Lucifer. However, he declines the offer and is subjected to immense torment and torture in order to force him to accept leadership of the spiritual invasion. The demons chose Jackson because they know he has great power within him that he hasn't yet discovered. His spirit was set free by God and allowed to return to the world of living after a period of long fasting and prayer.
