Telly the Turtle Learns to Come Out of Her Shell a Story About Repairing Attachment Wounds

This children's book is about repairing attachment wounds. As a little turtle, Telly does not feel safe with the grown-up turtles and as a result was not able to trust others and would hide inside her shell. This worked for her while she was young but when she grew up, she wanted to have relationships with others and had to learn how to come out of her shell and to connect with others. She learns how to do this with the help of a wise owl.
