The Mirroring Manifesto

At the core of every one of our experiences as human beings is our relationships. In fact, I would argue that, “To be human, is to be in relation with other self-conscious beings”. But, in our increasingly digitized world, we have forgotten the value of human connection and the importance of emotions. As human beings, we possess a remarkable ability to innovate. From the pyramids, to the printing press, and more recently the internet, we have accomplished the impossible over and over again. Yet somehow, there has been little effort focused on innovating our relationships. So in The Mirroring Manifesto, I will share with you a relational technology, called mirroring, a relational yoga that will serve as the training ground for emotional mastery. I will take you on a quest to our ancestral past. From our quantum DNA and the wisdom of the ancients, to a new vision for the future based on mirroring. We must come together and learn emotional mastery if we are to reach the next civilizational paradigm shift.
