A Commentary on the Four Gospels: Jesus Confronts Religion

Another volume in the Christocentric Commentary Series. This commentary explains the text of the four gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in harmony. It is an attempt to see the "big picture" of the radically new "good news" that Jesus introduced as inherent within Himself, and the inevitable contrast and conflict encountered as He revealed Himself in the context of the prevailing religion and culture of Palestine in the first century.
