With today's clinicians under such duress to practice evidence-based medicine in the most economical time-frame, an Artificial-Inelligence system of assistance becomes compulsory. This presentation on the NeuroCognitive Disorders from DSM-5-TR is a foundation for one such system which is designed to make accurate and rapid neurocognitive assessments by charts and algorithms of more than 200 diagnoses classified simply as "Not Otherwise Specified" in the DSM system.
