In His Father's House

Cramped into a Glasgow tenement, the McMillan family grows as unemployment rises. Young Billy McMillan watches the world change with his best friend Jacky, and Mr McMillan moves from job to job. Eventually they are all faced with the inevitable onset of Adolf Hitler's ambitious Germany, and yet another war.
