UNARMED COMBAT SKILLS
No. 2 of the LONE WOLF OPERATOR Series
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
This manual is written for readers interested in learning about the WWII combat training given to operatives of America's fledgling intelligence agency, the OSS. It is also for practicing martial artists interested in discovering what unarmed combat skills were used in the blind alleys, darkened basements, and bomb-strewn boulevards of war-torn Europe. This is not intended to be a handbook of technical instruction and for that reason does not include visual depictions of the methods described1. Nonetheless, it represents the military's current distillation of the actual methods left to us by the early close-quarters combat instructors who so thoroughly trained and prepared OSS agents to infiltrate, gather intelligence, and successfully return from behind enemy lines. The methods worked then, and they still work now.
