This book goes beyond the hype about generations and their “clashes” in the workplace. It does explore the differences among generations (like Baby Boomers and Generation X), but it goes further to help you figure out exactly how to apply that knowledge to real issues in the workplace, like marketing products and services, creating organizational systems and processes, and managing inter-generational conflict among staff.
