After a separation occurs the world moves on quickly and you may not be ready to do that. You may have experienced a separation because of a death, a friend or family moving away (distance), imprisonment of a loved one, a parent's divorce, or other reasons that caused a loss. Allow this journal to be a safe place to share your thoughts and feelings. Your hero may be living and you want to honor them with words and experiences that you cherish and one day you want to give them the journal. How you use this journal is up to you. Images in the journal represent the black race. There are prompts at the top of each page to circle what you want to write about. You may also choose a unique topic to write about.
