Prince Louis is faced with royal duties and obligations during the Christmas season when all he really wants is some tacos. Not only that, Louis feels overshadowed by his new baby sister, Princess Cornelia, and even feels a twinge of jealousy.
Problems arise when Penelope starts to date Lord Vaughn Newton. Louis fights his emotions and with his friends bothering him to have a wild 16th birthday, he's about to explode.
When Penelope starts to show more interest in Louis again, she is made fun of. Can Louis try to fix things before something tragic happens?
