Three Weeks in the Land of Pineapple, Tea and Ngwashy: Memoirs of a Traveling Fellow in Kenya

It took two years and countless hours of planning, but finally National Science Foundation GK12 Ph.D fellow and amateur photographer Jared Coyle landed on the ground in Kenya. He had 21 days to learn the culture, to share his knowledge, and to take in the atmosphere of the rural highlands of Kenya. This memoir is a recounting of the daily sights seen, challenges tackled, excitement experienced, struggles overcome and relationships formed during this whirlwind tour of the land of pineapple, tea and ngwashy.
