Infinity’s secondary packaging for pouches (IBP-200) is used to make a bundle of products collate them and provide a neat flow-wrapped package at high production speeds. The secondary packs are made in Heat Sealable Laminate and can be further produced as shrink-pack products. For non-rigid products, the packs are passed through sandwich conveyors to maintain uniformity and reduce the size of the final packs for transport readiness. The secondary pouch packaging solution utilizes Infinity’s state-of-the-art RACETRACK system for high-speed product collation, gentle product transfer, precise handling, and quick changeovers. With our advanced and efficient secondary packaging system, individual pouches from 100 grams up to 1 Kg are packed in a large pouch using the counting and bundling mechanism integrated with the flow wrap system. Besides, the system can pack up to 20 secondary packs per minute and can be integrated with your VFFS or HFFS machines. This sensor-based technology enables the exact count of your products and ensures 100% QA products reach customers along with a check-weighing option.
