MRS. PURDY'S 2nd GRADE CONTEST WINNERS

This is a very special book for kids. It was written by three of Mrs. Purdy's highly talented second graders at Linda Elementary School in Marysville, California. This was a contest in which Jasmine Kirkland captured first place with her "The Queen And The Dragon" story. Tyler McCoy took second place with his story, "The Big Adventure", and the clever writing of Irene Accord came in third with her tale, "Matilda And The Old House". All three stories are definitely well worth reading, and we hope to have more very soon by these three wonderful young writers!
