Scales, A Visual Experience

Teach basic scale skills with these visual keyboard scale exercises. There's a reproducible worksheet for each of the 15 major keys. Packet includes two sets of worksheets: one for the younger student and one for the advancing student. Set 1 is "Seeing The Whole Picture" and includes 15 worksheets, 1 for each major key. Set 1 covers 1 octave scale, scale intervals, and hand-over-hand arpeggio. Set 2 is "A Visual Experience" and includes 15 worksheets, 1 for each major key. Set 2 covers multi-octave scales, scale intervals, triads plus inversions, and I-IV-I-V7-I cadence. Additional resources pages include ideas for studying all 12 keys during a one year period, 2 sizes of staff paper, and a page of simple basic accompaniment styles that can be transposed to any key.
