The Moon's Last Lover

Jean Thogorma, Paroxist poet and army veterinarian, never saw the publication of his volume of lyrical tales “The Moon’s Last Lover”, despite several optimistic 1913 announcements by its intended publisher. However, even though the full text is now lost, he did publish two extensive extracts in literary journals of his circle. The Flowerdew Press has taken these pieces and reimagined the lost work as an Artist Book, with illustrations inspired by the symbolist prints of Odillon Redon.
