Emma's Mirror

Every girl should have the opportunity to know what a treasure they are to God.They should be able to walk in the confidence that He created them in His image, and they are unique and perfect to him. Comparing to everyone else is like saying God didn't do well enough when he created them so that he could love them... Knowing this truth propels them into women with confidence. The story behind the Story... As a Mom, one of my greatest joys is tucking my kids in at night. Emma has always LOVED to snuggle at night and loves to have me tell her stories when we are laying there. This story is a rendition of one of our nighttime stories. I've ried to capture it as close to how I originally told it as possible. It is my hope that Emma will remember these stories and grow up to realize that it's not how pretty, or smart, or popular she is. It's about how much Jesus loves her and how much she loves him by loving others. I can't imagine any joy more complete.
