Samantha Sunderland is dealing with the aftermath of the battle. With her mentor as queen and the fairies on high alert, the stress to master her powers is rising. Samantha is training to become a great warrior, so that she can protect her colony and those she loves. She is finding this impossible as, Matt is not tucked in safely at college, Jeremy is now on a dangerous mission, Lydia is finding that a new threat has come to the colony and Caleb is still trying to heal from the last battle. Samantha must seek out help from other sources and discovers that not everyone is as trust worthy as her fairy family.
