When Jeff and Mabel have had enough of London life they jump in their car and hit the road. From the bright lights of Hunstanton to the damp pubs of Glasgow, will they ever find a destination they can agree on? Undetered by bracing winds, potato cakes and French lorry drivers, they keep their aged Fiat on the road long enough to reach the sun. But now they have discovered la dolce vita, will they ever want to return?
