Tendai Buddhist Sangha of Australia Prayer Book

This book is intended for use by English speaking Tendai Buddhists, who wish to engage in morning and evening recitations 朝座・夕座勤行 as part of their Buddhist practise. Although every effort has been made to ensure a consistent translation of all the materials, certain passages translated by different individuals, may contain variant renditions of terms. These variants have escaped our current proofreading, and will be attended to in future additions of this liturgical manual. This manual does contain a number of older scans, which are not always sharp images. Buyer should be aware that these are still readable, but we ask for your understanding. It is our fervent hope that all who stumble upon and use this manual, will find it useful in participating in our services, and ultimately in their realisation of Buddhahood. Although this manual has been specifically designed for use in the Australian Tendai Sangha, we humbly offer this guide to any who wish to engage in the practise.
