These monologues are for younger actors, in their teens or early-mid twenties. Originally part of Jim Chevallier's larger work "The Monologue Bin", they are now available here in a separate collection. Monologues from this original collection have been anthologized in Gerard Lee Ratliff's "Millenium Monologues", and elsewhere. The voices here mock, mollify, tease, plead, observe, insist, discover, mourn, rage, boast, rejoice, complain... The speakers are in high school, at work, at home, in clubs; with family, with friends, with strangers; alone. They want your attention. They want to exist. They want to be heard.
