Windmills of Terror

Aliens control Earth with a world wide windmill grid. Earth becomes the supplier of food for an alien planet. It's President Obana's mix up that allows the aliens to take control over Earth. Thru the efforts of a small Indiana Town's Heroes the world is eventually saved.
