Socialism Cannot Be Built in Alliance with the Bourgeoisie
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
Socialism Cannot Be Built in Alliance with the Bourgeoisie is a 1980 polemic on the path to socialist construction in China and how it inevitability facilitated the complete restoration of capitalism. Mao’s formula towards the bourgeoisie, unity-struggle-unity, was in fact the path of reconciliation with the bourgeoisie, never really removing them from power and believing that they could build socialism. Masking this Bukharinite theory under the guise of the specific conditions of China, it can be said that socialism, the lower stage of communism, was never truly built in China. It also defends the theses of Comrade Enver Hoxha, Lenin, Stalin, and the Comintern on the path to proletarian power in the colonial countries, all of whom said that the national bourgeoisie was bound to, eventually, desert the revolution. Thus, long-term blocs with the national bourgeoisie, indeed eternal blocs as Mao advocated, were bound to lead to the complete takeover of the Liu-Deng line.
